Genesis 15:1-21

1 ¶ After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. 6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness. believed^H539 LORD^H3068 counted^H2803 righteousness^H6666

7 ¶ And he said unto him, I am the LORD that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it. said^H559 LORD^H3068 out^H3318 Ur^H218 Chaldees^H3778 give^H5414 land^H776 inherit^H3423

9 And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. said^H559 Take^H3947 heifer^H5697 old^H8027 goat^H5795 old^H8027 ram^H352 old^H8027 turtledove^H8449 pigeon^H1469

10 And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not. took^H3947 divided^H1334 midst^H8432 laid^H5414 each^H376 piece^H1335 against^H7125 another^H7453 birds^H6833 divided^H1334

13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; said^H559 Abram^H87 Know^H3045 surety^H3045 seed^H2233 stranger^H1616 land^H776 serve^H5647 afflict^H6031 four^H702 hundred^H3967 years^H8141

20 And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims, Hittites^H2850 Perizzites^H6522 Rephaims^H7497

21 And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites. Amorites^H567 Canaanites^H3669 Girgashites^H1622 Jebusites^H2983
