God has never broken a promise. Scripture records thousands of years of His word being kept, to nations and to single weary souls, and it declares that all the promises of God in Christ are yea and amen. When everything else gives way, His word stands. These passages gather promises the people of God have leaned on for generations.

2 Peter 1:3–4
