The report found that neither Danco nor GenBioPro has ever decertified a single prescriber in the entire history of the FDA's Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy program for the drug. Danco decertified two pharmacies between October 2024 and September 2025; GenBioPro has decertified none. Cassidy's committee says both companies told investigators plainly that they see no role for themselves in making sure the doctors and clinics prescribing their drug actually follow federal safety rules.
The report also flags a sharp drop in adverse-event reporting. Danco reported roughly 4,000 non-fatal adverse events tied to mifepristone from 2000 through a 2016 rule change that reduced reporting requirements. In the ten years since, the company has reported only 150. Cassidy's report further states that the FDA itself has redacted mifepristone-related records provided to Congress "in an unprecedented manner," and that Danco declined to disclose the European facility where its drug is finished, citing commercial sensitivity. GenBioPro and Evita manufacture their versions at facilities in India.
The report follows a HELP Committee hearing at which Cassidy appeared alongside Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill to examine what the committee calls a pattern of weakened federal scrutiny even as telehealth prescribing and mail-order distribution of the drug have expanded rapidly since the Dobbs decision.
A Company That Answers to No One
Here is what the report boils down to, stripped of the acronyms: companies are shipping a drug capable of ending a human life, through the mail, to strangers they never examine, and when Congress asks who is checking whether the rules are followed, the answer is nobody. Not the prescriber. Not the seller. Zero pharmacies pulled from the list by one company in over two decades. Four thousand reports of harm dwindling to a mere 150, not because harm stopped, but because the paperwork requirement got smaller. My friend, that is not an accident. That is a system built so that no one has to look too closely at what it is actually doing.
Scripture has a name for a people who arrange their affairs so the truth stays hidden and convenient. The prophet said men "loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." A business that will not say where its pills are made, a regulator that blacks out its own records, a prescriber network with no one watching it — this is darkness organized into a supply chain.
But here is the deeper wound underneath the policy. Every pill in that supply chain is manufactured for one purpose: to end the life of a child made in the image of God, and often to leave the mother alone with the physical and spiritual weight of it, no doctor in the room, no follow-up call, just a package and a set of instructions. The world calls this choice and calls it care. The Lord calls it what it is.

That child in the womb is not a complication to be managed by mail order. He is known, formed, and covered by the hand of God before anyone else has laid eyes on him. No amount of corporate silence changes that, and no redacted government file erases it.
