Bible Verses About Prayer

King James Version · 14 passages

Prayer is the simple, honest speech of a child to a Father who hears. The Bible does not treat it as a ritual for the religious but as the daily breath of everyone who belongs to God. We are invited to ask, to confess, to give thanks, and to bring every care to the throne of grace. These passages teach what prayer is and how to come.
