19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
Bible Verses About Repentance
Repentance is turning around: a change of mind that becomes a change of direction, away from sin and toward God. Scripture treats it not as a one-time door but as the daily posture of the believer, and it promises that the Lord meets the returning sinner with mercy, not contempt. 1 John 1:8–9
