If worry has been loud in your ears lately, you are in good company; the Scriptures are full of people who carried more than they could hold. God does not scold the anxious heart. He invites it to come near, to pray, and to leave the weight with Him. These passages are where many believers have learned, slowly, to breathe again.
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
